Eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry: The students who have scored 60% and above in the Diploma in engineering course from State Board of Technical Education or any other recognized institution can apply for the graduation program. Only a pass in Diploma is enough for the students from backward communities. Final year candidates are also eligible to attend the test. How to prepare: Revise the subjects you have studied in your diploma course. It is fully based on Diploma course and Mathematics is based on 11the and 12th class so you should concentrate on it and try to solve previous year’s papers. Do proper time management because the mathematics part of Lateral Entry Test is lengthy, and you have to attempt each and every section to pass, as there is sectional cut-off.
