You can join through Technical entries, which are available for you during and after your graduation and you can also apply for AFCAT and CDS exams.

You can join airforce after doing aeronautical engineering but very less vacancies were observed in the past and competition level is very high as mechanical engineering graduates are generally eligible for the same post
