Start by reading English newspaper every day. This will strengthen your GS and English. Then you have to study for Maths. Old Books or a coaching will help here very much. Get some sample papers and solve them regularly.

If you are serious about joining the Indian Armed forces you should start studying from today. If you are already familiar with the subjects then I will advice 34 months but if u are a starter then you must give around 45 months. First 3 months u should concentrate on completing the course. Divide general knowledge into the subject wise section and a lot a particular subject some time like 1015 days and complete it in time. After completion solves the MCQ it will really help u a lot. Practice maths regularly. 1 hr at least is a must. Same for English 1 hr. 30 min every day. 30 min for spotting errors rules and 30 for vocabulary 30 min practice. Do inculcate a habit of reading the newspaper and prepare current affairs in will help in written exams and SSB. And in last 15 days before exam practice past year papers. And u will surely pass. And yes, before starting to study you should see the previous year pattern, smart work is an important factor to pass this exam.
