Hi @Manpreet I can understand that it can be stressful figuring out how to prepare for a competitive exam on your own. I have found an expert strategy for your RBI Grade B exam to help you succeed. In addition, below mentioned is an 8 months plan which you can also apply in your preparation strategy. Months 1-2: Management + Reasoning Understand Management concepts and practice with MCQs. Practice topics like syllogism, ranking, coding-decoding, alpha-numeric series, blood relations, etc. Months 3-4: Finance + Quantitative Aptitude Read the RBI Annual Report, Report on Trends and Progress of Banking in India, Report on Currency and Finance, etc. Prioritise topics like Number Series, Quadratic Equations, Ratios/Proportions, Time and Distance, Percentages, and Averages, etc. Months 5-6: English Descriptive + English + ESI Read editorials and practice typing essays/precis. Improve your grammar and vocabulary. Stay up-to-date on current events and be thorough with the ESI syllabus. Months 7-8: Current Affairs + Answer Writing Cover RBI Notifications, Government Schemes, Reports and Indices, and ESI, Finance, and GA Current Affairs of the past 6 months. Practice answer writing daily, especially for Phase 2. Note: Revise consistently and take regular mock tests to check progress. For a prestigious exam like RBI Grade B, while doing self study, I would suggest you to pick an online course as well that provides 1:1 mentorships, mock tests, summary sheets, study material, etc. You must check out this online comprehensive course. There is a 15-Days FREE starter pack available as well that covers: Why work at RBI? What is the syllabus, eligibility, and pattern of the exam? How tough is the competition? Access to descriptive content for ESI and Finance Best of luck! Hope you find this information helpful. Feel free to ask me for any more queries.
