Well, you have a graduation degree in B.Com you are eligible for appearing in IAS exam, what you need to do is, focus on NCERT's syllabus of history, geography, economics and some other subjects like political Science. It will help you in exams. Also, do focus on current affairs and IAS interview questions and answers.

As you belong to the B.Com background, you have to make your basics strong. So, start with NCERTs of history, geo political along with Lucent's GK.
