For JAM preparation, it is better that you prepare it by yourself. This will save money as well as time. JAM exam will be conducted on 10th February 2019. So, you still have enough time left. Solving previous years question papers and taking online mock tests is the best way to prepare for the exam as this will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. You must study at least 6-7 hours and give your last 30-45 minutes to the revision daily.

It is simply studying your course and preparing for entrance in nutshell. So, what you need to do is an honest and dedicated hard work in smartly planned and organised manner. Solving last 10 years question papers never go waste though questions don't repeat. Thing is efficiency in applying knowledge is important which can be achieved by regular revisions.

It could be difficult, but it is possible and most students prepare this way and succeed. Time Management is going to be difficult but once it is taken care of everything will be easy. You should begin by understanding the syllabus for IIT JAM and then divide it according to your comfort such that you study each topic at least twice. Solve sample papers regularly at weekends to test yourself. Your B.Sc. Honors will also help in preparation as well so study it too.
