There is no special preparation for WBJEE if you are an JEE aspirant. All you need is, some good practice of previous year question papers along with thorough read of your notes which you might have prepared for other entrance exam. So, you should prepare with JEE textbooks of Arihant publications. PS- Rank plays a vital role here whereas qualifying is not a big deal. Speed with accuracy is the key.
