Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is the primer institute for education in the field of Aerospace engineering. You are advised to appear for JEE Advanced for doing B.Tech Aerospace Engineering. All expenses for doing B.Tech Aerospace engineering at IIST is paid by Government of India with a job at ISRO subject to availability of vacancies. IIST Admission Rank list is prepared based on their JEE All-India Rank(including category rank). The IIST web portal for online registration will be open from 22nd May, up to 12th June 2017 this year. The IIST admission counselling will be conducted during the fourth week of June 2017. You may please visit IIST admission website for further information including Eligibility Criteria, Minimum prescribed marks in JEE(Advanced)-2017, Reservation policy, Fee & Performance based financial Assistance and Policy of absorption in ISRO/DOS etc.

The Institute will offer admission in IIST B.Tech through merit list based on JEE Advanced score. IIST do not conduct any entrance for IIST B.Tech Admission and admission is solely done on the basis of JEE Advanced scores. Candidates will have to register and fill out details about their JEE Advanced details.
