Well, there are many parameters which you have to keep mind, Firstly be yourself. Be confident with your answers. Do not give bookish or Google answers, Communication plays a big part in your preparation. Please start reading, your vocabulary and selection of words in the interview should be very above ordinary. Be very professionally groomed, for men hair should be nicely waxed, for female too grooming should be the eye catcher. Do not be very loud with your make up. As a cabin crew you need to be very patient, So please show your listening skills to the examiner, And first understand and then answer to the question. Maintain eye contact while answering, Questions which are commonly asked are: Why do you want to become a crew? What made you choose our organization? What do you know about our organization? What all fleet do we fly? What all destinations we do fly? Who is the chairmen of our organization? If not selected today what will you do? Do you like working in group? Are you a good team leader? What are your hobbies? Tell me about yourself? Height and weight should be in proportion. BMI should be within the limit?
