Most of the freshers’ recruitment in IT companies occur in campus placement. Indian IT industry is in slow down phase due to outcry against outsourcing in Western world. Therefore, it is becoming difficult to get break in IT or ITES industry for freshers if you have not picked up job in campus placement. You may face challenges in getting fresher development or testing job after MCA with gap years in your CV.
