Ayurveda and Homeopathy are both alternative forms of medicine. The difference in their philosophy and modes of treatment. Ayurveda originated in India more than 3,500 years ago. Homeopathy was created by Samuel Hahnemann in the late 18th century. Ayurvedic treatment uses vegetable drugs for internal consumption & external use. Homeopathic remedies use various plant, animal, synthetic materials, & mineral substances & the medicines are prepared by diluting the substance in alcohol or distilled water.
