The curriculum is so designed that one gets to learn all starting aspects of management as well as the subjects which are connected to it such as Finance, HR, etc. whereas Executive MBA is generally meant for Entrepreneurs seeking to gain a more structured and relevant understanding of the current business environment, Working professionals with specific functional responsibilities and aspiring for larger roles. Working executives seeking to prepare themselves for managerial positions and accelerate their career aspirations in national and multinational organizations.

Some major differences in an Executive MBA are: 1. Easy admission process some institutes may not have an open test as well 2. Shorter duration 3. Mandatory requirement of work experience of min 3 years 4. Curriculum is short 5. Fee is less 6. No opportunity for campus placement 7. No regular full time classes 8. Evaluation process is simpler
