In some states like M.P. you will get a BE degree which mainly concentrates on theoretical knowledge. Otherwise in many other states like U.P. Punjab Rajasthan etc. you will get a B.tech degree which comprises of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge. But overall there is really no difference at all other then their names. So basically it depends upon you that how much skills you have got in those 4 years to get a good job not on your degree's name.
