NIIT University is a good choice for B.Tech CSE. It is difficult to compare with Bangalore colleges unless you specify name of college. You may compare college by looking at their ranking on shiksha and other ranking portals

BML is much better than the other for B.Tech in CSE in terms of various aspects like infrastructure, academics, faculty members, campus life, and the most important is placements. In BML placements are very impressive. But, this also not have such a good stand in front of some top colleges of Bangalore like RV and Ramiah College.
