BML is much better than the other for B.Tech in CSE in terms of various aspects like infrastructure, academics, faculty members, campus life, and the most important is placements. NIIT University is a good choice for B.Tech CSE. It is difficult to compare with Bangalore colleges unless you specify name of college. You may compare college by looking at their ranking on shiksha and other ranking portals
