It is a good combination. It gives you options to opt for medical lines like MBBS dentistry, pharmacy etc. Also, in case you find math difficult, you could opt for the three and score better.

Well, combinations are good if you have particularly a course matching those combinations in your mind otherwise you will end up with option only without maths.

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to do B.Tech or B.Sc in Hons subjects, maths is important. If you want to do B.Sc in some bio subjects, it isn't required.

Combination of physics and Maths along with Chemistry is required for B.Tech, whereas for B.Pharma, you can choose PCB.
