3 years teaching experience is good, you can look for stream in which you have interest. As it is important for a student to have a full commitment for the stream taken. As you have teaching experience you can look for HR course, as you might find some concepts and techniques in line with your teaching experience. Major disciplines in MBA, you can look for are as follows: 1. Operations: It needs analytical knowledge with fair hands on mathematics. 2. Finance: It needs basic knowledge of accounting and share, equity, credit-debit transactions. 3. Marketing: It deals with the promotion and advertising strategy to convince the target customers for your product. 4. Mass communication: If you are interested in media and mass communication and have good speaking skills. A good blend of mathematics and finance will be financial engineering, which is in demand and only few B-schools are offering it.
