ULSAT stands for UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test. It is the entrance test conducted by University of Petroleum and Legal Studies. The exam is conducted online. The total number of questions that are asked is 150 which have to be attempted in three hours. The question paper is divided into five sections: English including Comprehension, General Knowledge, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning and Legal Reasoning. Each section carries 30 marks and there is no negative marking. The final scores are calculated on the basis of a number of correct answers. The ranks are then calculated on the basis of the final scores. These ranks form the basis of admission to the college. The college then releases the first admission list and the waiting list. Hope this helps.
