PGDM in Operations is good specialization in SIES. Yes you can opt for Operations and Finance its a good combination of dual specialization. All programmes have dual specialization. Electives include- Finance, Operation, Marketing, Human Resource, IT and Systems. Moreover,placement for operations management is also descent. Best of luck! From the point of view of teaching, all the courses are good but you can only opt for one as your specialisation. The placements are decent for operations management, we also had amazon this year. There is as of now, no introduction of dual specialization in SIESCOMS. Operations placements have been really good for the past couple of years and is going up every year.
