If you are asking this question, then either you are not a serious management student or you have no idea what you are talking about. TISS ranked second in India for PG program in HR management after XLRI. Although it does not offer MBA, its MA program in HR is considered way more valuable than many MBAs including PGPM of IIMs with average package of 18 lakhs p.a. for HR. Its matter of pride get into there and a tough competition of course. Apart from MA in HR, it also offers various other program such as Master of Social Work, Master of Hospital Administration which are again a very popular course in the sector and TISS ranked no 1 for social work and development studies. Its HR program meant for everyone and most valued by the corporates after XLRI.
