How many marks do I need to score in JEE Mains to get admission in a good college?

I am answering this question considering that you are from General category, and without any home state quota. As far as you asked only for JEE mains, so I thought you have at least 190 marks in JEE mains to get a good or an average college with a good branch but getting the 220 marks is sufficient for getting a good college with a good branch. If I consider you from OBC category, then there is a slight difference in all these scenario. For OBC 190 becomes 170 and 220 becomes 200. Now, if I consider you from SC/ST category, then these 190 marks becomes 115 and this 220 marks becomes 140. Don't think about all this and prepare well for the JEE mains. It depends on the cutoff. And, every branch and college has different cutoff. For more details, you have to mention the branch and college.
