You need to score more than 500 marks in NEET exam to get admission in a government medical college.

There is not set passing marks for NEET. It depends on how many students have given that exam. The passing marks for NEET exam changes every year. I think, you will have to score over 350 marks to get into a medical college all over India. But, if you want to take admission in one of the best institutes in India for medical, you will have to score over 600 marks.

The minimum score of 75% is required for the same if you do not belong to any reservation category.
