You can easily grab a seat, if you score well in your class 10th and class 11th examination. Since the interview usually takes place before the class 12th results are declared so you will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in 10th and 11th. If your interview goes well and you do the written exam well you will easily get a seat. There's no such limitation of seats. It all depends on the marks obtained by you.
