The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, 10th, 12th and graduation scores and work experience. However, the weightage given to this parameter is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It's difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, L and K considering your scores in 10th and 12th. But work hard in graduation and for CAT score and you can get a good MBA college. Eligibility for CAT is a Bachelor's degree with minimum 50%. Every IIM has a different criteria for shortlisting and admission. Since your 12th score is on the lower side, you will have to score a very high percentile for an admission in the top IIMs like A, B, C, L, K. Some IIMs don't consider scores though. It also depends on your category. And since you are a non-engineer, you will get an advantage of academic diversity also.
