Around 140 would be a good score but the same varies as per the paper.Freshers and experienced can't be differentiated as companies rarely have this criteria. For IB you need a score of minimum 75 marks around 90 percentile.Average package offered to a fresher goes around Rs 8 to 9 lakhs sometimes more depending on your profile.
