U should be above 85% to join NDA. Cutoff percent for NDA is minimum 80%. one important thing is that in NDA there is more competition. so try to.score above 90%,then there will be chance of u to get select. best of luck and work hard.

See, both of these exams are entrance exams. For NDA and CDS, no particular percentage is required. You can take CDS only after completing CDS.
