First of all, you have to mention your caste category then I will be able to answer, but if you are from general then above 250 are required in JEE Mains along with good grades in 12th boards.

it depends on your caste which you have you have to be passed in mains in order to be eligible for advance . when you pass advance you would surely get any IIT or nit but it also requires you hsc 12th class marks

For IITs, you are required to score above 92-93% and 280+ score in JEE advance and for NITs score of 250+ is good in JEE Mains. You have to mention your caste category, then I will be able to answer, but if you are from general then above 250 are required in JEE Mains along with good grades in class 12th boards.
