Salary depends on the level of post you join at and the salary always vary up with companies. And, yes, if you study well and your interview goes good, you may even get upto 40-50k as a management trainee in leading groups like Taj, Oberoi, Sheraton, etc.

Yes, do not expect more than 20 but expect more than 40 or 50 or may be 60. If you are candidate with good communication, and one who not follow the crowd. Do your internship alone, from Hong Kong, USA, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.

You can expect salary 20000-30000 not more than that at the beginning but afterwards it can increase also and it also totally depends on your talent.

Starting salary of a hotel/hospitality manager depends upon a number of factors. Some of the prominent factors are Institute from which the candidate completed the course Level of education (UG, PG etc. ) His/her specialisation The domain he/she has chosen Job location The salary in this field depends upon the organisation in which you are working and your job profile. If you are working with the five-star hotel chains then the starting salary could be anything around Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month. After some experience the salary could be anywhere between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month.
