If you want to get admission in IIM-A then you have to score 70-80% in 10th and 12th.

55% is must to enroll for MBA and rest depends on your CAT exam.

If you want to get in top 10 then for sure more than 85 in 10th and 12th class and more than 80 percent in graduation is required because more than 80% marks will put you in good academic scale and then you will be left with CAT. There is no requirement per se, it's just easier for a student with a higher percentage to get an admission.
