You should go according to the weightage of the topics at this peak time. You should concentrate more on biology as it contributes 50% of the total marks. For physics and chemistry, you can try to do that topics, which you know very well and at last, you can do last 13 years question papers. All the best.

You can prepare from NCERT class 11th and 12th books. You can also solve at least 5 years of NEET papers.
