The major thing that you should follow is the pattern. Maths is given the highest priority with 100 marks and is considered to be the lengthiest paper. Indeed, it is lengthy but the art of choosing questions play a key role here. One has to choose questions at first that are easy to solve and are scoring, then try for the little tough ones and if there is time, go for the difficult. If you choose questions correctly,60+ in maths can be achieved. Now, physics and chemistry are 50 marks each. For physics I would say chapters of optics, electrostatic, AC and magnetism are very important. One must be good in waves and kinematics and chemistry, it's easy if and only if you have gone through NCERT thoroughly.

*Syllabus and Exam Pattern: Before you begin preparing for WBJEE 2017, it's crucial that you familiarize yourself with the WBJEE 2017 exam pattern and the WBJEE 2017 syllabus, dates, and eligibility. *Solve previous year question paper. *Time-Management: Managing time is one of the most important factors that would have a bearing on your score. *Constant Revision: Preparing for WBJEE involves a study of a vast variety of topics in each subject. *Strengths & Weaknesses: You should regularly assess your preparation to understand your strengths and weaknesses. *No Guess Work: You must well be aware of the fact that WBJEE has negative marking for wrong answers. All the best.
