Give the first priority to your school classes. Extra Tutions and coachings are must if you wanna stand in today's competitive world. Late night studies are not suitable for everyone bcoz 6-7 hours sleep is needed for healthy mind. Try to study in morning time with full concentration.

I'm not a biology student. But generally speaking, preparation begins with board studies. That forms the base for your preparation of compititive exams. Wthout fundamentals you cannot achieve good score in medical exams. Keep covering chapters after chapters in each subject, particularly in bio, phy, n chem. Put focus on entrance exams in last 4months. All the best !!
