These are the colleges offering course in physiotherapy: • Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Gultekadi, Pune. • Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Bhosari, Pune. • M.A. Rangoonwala College of Physiotherapyand, Research Camp, Pune. Physiotherapy is a 4 years course. Mainly, physical methods are applied. For example, If a Montreal patient after an accident is not able to walk or move properly then these physiotherapist help them. Sports physiotherapists are also there. Many gyms have their physios. Normally, a premedical exam is organised or some autonomous colleges go for class 12th percentage or can organise separate entrance exams. The basic requirement to take admission is class 12th.
