How will be the future scope of BE (CSE) in India as IT companies like IBM are firing their employees?

Indian IT industry is in slow down phase because of outcry against outsourcing in the western world and increasing restrictions by developed countries in issuing the work visa. In addition, heavy use of automation is leading to job losses. IT jobs are flowing back to developed countries and all major IT companies are hiring local candidates in developed countries. Bottom line, IT companies are taking a big hit. Indian IT majors are ramping up thier own site development centres. In near future, new job creation in IT industry will reduce considerably. The industry will remain in slow down phase for some more years until the world economy revives. Students with B.Tech IT or CS from prestigious engineering colleges (top 50 colleges) may not face many problems while searching for a job but students of Tier II and below colleges will struggle to find jobs.
