1) it is never too late to learn 2) do the same course, U vr experienced in these long years 3) that vl only keeps interest to study 4) it may the hotel field/Mechanical field/sales field 5) u may do iti/polytechnic 6) interested in computers do BCA, but Your experience vl not useful

Yes, you can. You should score a minimum of 50% in class 12th to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied mathematics till 12th class whereas there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted for arts or commerce.
