You can apply online for PhD. For that, your percentage in Master's should be 55%. Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy). In any case you find it difficult, feel free to call LPU head office on toll free number 1800-102-4431 on working days .

Yes, you can apply for the same if you fulfill the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria is Masters degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks in aggregate. 5% relaxation to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / differently-abled candidates. An applicant will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of his/ her score in the entrance examination LPUNEST (Ph.D). The final selection for admission in Ph.D. will be based on the performance in the interview subject to scoring minimum marks. Applicants who have qualified UGC (NET /JRF) / CSIR (NET / JRF) / SLET / GATE / GPAT / ICAR Teacher Fellowship or passed M.Phil. Programme (in regular mode only) are exempted from LPU-NEST (Ph.D). The exemption is for LPUNEST (Ph.D.) only but the applicant will have to fill the LPUNEST (Ph.D.) form and appear for the Interview. The applicants are required to bring the original documents against which exemption is sought at the time of interview. The last date of registration is May 17, 2018, Date of entrance test is May 20, 2018, The result of LPU-NEST (Ph.D.) is June 2, 2018, Interview schedule June 12-19 2018, The result of the interview is on June 27, 2018, The last date of admission is August 10, 2018.
