It is practically impossible to do both of them simultaneously as you will need to pursue either 5-year LLB or 3-year LLB along with engineering which neither UGC allows nor its practicality.

No, it's not possible only after passing class 12th, you can do either of the 2 degree courses.

No, as per law, you can't do that. Pursuing two courses at the same time is not allowed in any university as far as I have checked as every university asks for the same while you fill the form. Anyhow, you can definitely do law after you are done with your engineering which would take around 4+3 years. Other than that, you can Google if there are colleges offering an integrated course of B.Tech+LLB, but I would recommend you don't go for it because no prestigious college is offering such a course.
