Well, being a student of integrated law course would act as a hindrance taking admission into any course that requires an undergraduate degree. So, while you are pursuing your BA LLB even in your 3rd year, you are not considered a graduate anyways. The degree shall be valid only once after your 5 years. So for purpose of your admission in 3-year LLB course at BHU, I fear you can't apply. You might have applied if you had an undergraduate degree as well beside your present course. But, you are not eligible for such application. Also, the present course is a good course and would, in turn, fetch you 2 degrees, so I would advise you not to leave the course and carry on with the present degree, which shall fetch you both A Bachelor's degree in arts degree as well as a Bachelor's degree in law and also a year will be saved in the process of having an integrated course. But, as far as your question is concerned, it's a no.
