The eligibility to pursue design: One needs to pass 12th class with a minimum of 50% marks. The process of admission to design is through an entrance examination. This is known as Common Entrance Examination for Design UCEED it is conducted by IIT Mumbai every year. Reputed institutes conduct their own entrance exams. Top colleges are: National Institute of Fashion Technology Indian Institute of Art and Design Mumbai National Institute of Design Lovely professional University, Punjab International School of Design Indian Institute of Fashion Technology LISAA School of Design Pearl Academy JD Institute of Fashion Technology.
