Go through NCERT. Solve the question banks. Try to solve previous years' questions also. And most importantly, stay calm. Good luck.

Please tell your state category. For 500+, read NCERT biology text book (you must read a lesson twice a week in preparation). 1st time read carefully line by line next while studying 2nd time do all bits from that lesson (choose a single book take your lectures help to get a good one). - Plan in a way that in 3 weeks span you must be able to read a lesson twice and do all bits in it. - So now it looks like if you read a lesson today, you are repeating it in every 6-7 days so you don't forget too many points (doing bits lets you know missed points + less remembered points [Stress on them] - If you are able to revise or read a lesson (big one- 1 hour, small one- 40 mins.) you are going to get a triple century in NEET biology 300+/360. - For physics:Just follow lecture correctly after getting some idea on the lesson. Just learn the formulae by heart (1st-year).Try applying them if you don't get them and ask your lecturersJust BY HEART LAWS (LAW = definition + formula meaning) TRY APPLY THEM if u don't get them ask lectures. For chemistry: Do same as you did for biology group (reduce, repeat time from 1-week to 4-days). For organic, listen to your lecturer carefully and learn what he/she is saying the same day. This is the only way. If you face a lag, you are knocked off. For physical, do same as physics and apply the 2-year law for both the years.

First, you have to work hard. At least, you have to spend 5 hours a day. First, try to clear all topics in NCERT. Then used to solve questions. Try to complete all topics 3 months before the exam. Then only solve questions. All the best and do your best.

You can practice question papers of past 13 years. Initially, you can try to do as much as MCQ on individual chapters and afterwards at the peak time of examination, you can study the topics which you know very well. All the best. Prepare well.
