You are eligible only for B.Pharma programme. You can appear in VITEE or SRMJEE and then can take admission in B.Tech(biotechnology or biomedical or genetic).

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm (Hons.) Candidates must have passed 12th examination from a recognized Central or State board. Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects in Class 12. Candidate must secure minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

Yes, you are eligible to take BITSAT.
