Hi NTU and TUM are the two best universities offering master's in aerospace. You require TOEFL/ IELTS score 6.5 to be eligible for it alongwith a strong academic profile. You can work 16 hrs a week in singapore if you are a fulltime degree student and more during vacation period. Post study visas are also available depending on the skill. International students will not be accepted for part time courses. You have to take up full time course to get the student visa to enter into Singapore. You may not have aerospace or aeronautical courses in Singapore. you can try in Ireland where you will get up to 50% schorlaship in Limerick University
