If you have either completed class 10th and 12th from UP or either your any one of the parent is from the UP, then you are eligible for the UPSEE exam.

You are only eligible for private colleges under UPSEE if you don't have a UP domicile certificate.

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University conducts Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination UPSEE to offer admissions to aspirants in professional courses which are available at the university along with institutes that are affiliated to the University.nUPSEE is a state level entrance exam wherein candidates can secure admission at government aided as well as private unaided institutes that are affiliated to UPTU along with some other state universities of Uttar Pradesh. NUPSEE 2018 EligibilitynIn order to secure admissions through this entrance exam, candidates need to fulfill multiple eligibility criteria of UPSEE 2018, which are as listed below:nUPSEE Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech programmesnCandidates are eligible to apply for admissions into this course through UPSEE exam if they:have completed their 10+2 or intermediate exam from UP board or its equivalent from a recognised board or university with a minimum aggregate of 45% with physics and mathematics as subjects studied by them. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST quota need to secure an aggregate of 40% in their 10+2. Candidates should have secured this percentage without getting any grace marks from the state or central education board.important:nIn order to meet the eligibility criteria for UPSEE 2018, candidates should have studied one of the following subjects Biology, Chemistry or Biotechnology as an optional subject.nUPSEE Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Biotechnology programmenCandidates are eligible to apply for this course if they:have completed their 10+2 or intermediate exam from UP board or an equivalent exam from a recognised board or university with a minimum aggregate of 45% with physics and mathematics/biology as subjects studied by them.have also studied biotechnology or chemistry as optionals subjects.candidates belonging to the SC/ST quota need to secure an aggregate of 40%. Candidates should have secured this percentage without getting any grace marks from the state or central education board.
