Since you are in one of the top profession, I would suggest you to continue with it only. If you want to switch to MBA, you need to give CAT exam, and you need to clear it with good percentile to get any of the top institutes like IIMS or St. Xavier College etc. Yes, you are eligible, because you have 50 percentile score in your graduation. Usually for an MBA program you need to have a Graduation degree from recognized university with Min 50% (or as applicable to reserved category) and also clear one of the National or respective State level entrance exam for management courses( like XAT, CAT, CMAT, MH-CET etc). Please approach the respective state Govt body (DTE) or the institute for exact details of their admission procedure. Best Wishes.
