I am going to pass out from B.Pharm. What shall I prefer studying next: M.Pharm or some PG Diploma course or Pharma.D?

This will depend on what you aspire to do in future. If you are sure that you will pursue the scientific route, then go for M.Pharma. The advantage of doing MBA after B.Pharma is that you are learning the business of pharma and healthcare. That's what the industry expects.
