You can go for B.Sc Biotechnology engineering, and pharmacy or you can do engineering in CS. And, you can also choose bio informatics.

Well, bio-technology, bio-informatics, etc. involve both these subjects. Moreover, forensics and genetics also have both of them and molecular biology is also an option. All the best.
