Yes, go for what you love but make sure it is helpful for you. Before going for any profession and course, first, make sure you know each and every important detail about it like the best college or institution that offers that particular course. What is the admission process? Keep an eye on important dates for filling the form, exams, interviews, etc (if any). Do not forget to calculate the expense including fees and extras and if that is easily payable go for it. The duration of the course and how quick you need a job all this and do not forget to see placement records of that college and the area you will be expected to work in after thinking about all these necessary things then go for whatever profession you like. All the best.
