You should go for B.Tech, since this degree focuses on practical more than the BCA. Even you can take negligible practical in BCA. You will get to learn more in B.Tech rather than BCA. In B.Tech, you have chance to attend the training in different field of CS like programming, app development, designing etc. Whereas, in BCA you have nothing to do with that. or you don't need to attend in BCA programme.
