Hey, Traditionally, it has been the preferred industry for the best talent across the world. I will not be able to give you a specific course recommendation because you have not shared your current academic qualification. But, fundamentally this is a field which gives a lot of weightage and importance to your qualifications. Ideally, we recommend that a student should gather more than one qualification to improve their employment and growth prospects in this industry. The most ideal combination would be to get a very good academic degree, a good vocational qualification like a Diploma or PG in banking and finance and plenty of professional certificate. The professional credentials could include CA/CS/CMA/NCFM/NISM/CFP/CFA. When you join the BFSI industry remember that learning is not going to be a life long journey. And therefore you should be prepared to keep pursuing various certification throughout your career. I hope I have been able to give broad perspective on the issue. Feel free to ask for specific clarifications.
