Hi Learning a different language like Korean can be useful in Korea only but if you learn languages like French, German, Japanese then it will make you more demanding not only in these countries but outside these as well. These languages matter more than Korean because Korea is an emerging traveler's destination. So, not many translators & guides are required. Courses you can opt - You can study BA in tourism, culture & language from any foreign university. You can opt for English & any other language of your choice to study. After this course, you can become a receptionist, hotel manager or hotel managing staff. That might sound you a l'il too low. But that's not it. You can even become the CEO of any company with this degree if you are doing great in your field (it might require an MBA or any other Master's degree). You can also become a Travel guide, Event manager or you can open your own travelling firm if you are aiming high. To choose a career in tourism is like a "never-ending vacation". So be careful about that as well . Hope it helps Cheers!
