It is an entirely different thing. You may have scored 99% in class 10th but it is possible that you may have done so by mugging up. On the other hand, you must have the strong concepts. If the second is your case then your chances are high. Work on your concepts

Clearing JEE Advanced doesn't depend on past history, it is only dependent on your hard work.

Class 10th is only the base. Your performance in JEE depends on how you have performed in class 11 and class 12.
